I am Scout Sir Winston S. Brillantes, Senior Crew Leader of Tabaco National High School Outfit, Unit No. 451.I started scouting since my first grade in elementary. I am a Council Scout Representative(CSR), of Mayon(Albay) Council, also a Regional Scout Representative(RSR), of Bicol Region. I am a scout crusader.
