السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، تحية طيبة وبعد:
أرجو أن تكون في أفضل حال وأدعوا الله أن يوفقك في مذاكرتك، أما بعد فإني أود إخبارك بأن موعد الاجتماع القادم لفريق المتقدم بالمجموعة سيكون ان شاء الله يوم الجمعة الموافق 27 \ 2 \ 2009 - والمقصود بالمتقدم الصف الثالث الإعدادي والمرحلة الثانوية – وذلك في تمام الساعة السادسة والنصف مساءاً بعد صلاة المغرب بنادي طنطا الرياضي ، أرجو تبليغ كل من تعرف سواء كان موجوداً بالمعسكر أو لم يكن موجوداً ، والتنبيه على أهمية هذا الإجتماع على الأخص لأنه سيترتب عليه وضع الخطة الرئيسية للفرقة وتحديد هيكل الطلائع واختيار مواعيد الإجتماعات بما يناسب الكشافين ، وكذلك سيتم توزيع إفادات المعسكر والأوسمة لمن شارك في المعسكر. أرجو الإهتمام بتبليغ كافة الناس.
