فقدان القائد

القائد الذى يتسربلم يصل بعد الى حد التأثير فى الحركةوكون قد ضعف امام العقباتومثله ان ظل موجودا فهو سيزيد عدد القادة ولكن لن يزيد ن قوتها الفعليةاما القائد اذى يؤثر فى الحركة فقدانه او عدم وجوده يؤثر تأثيرا بالغا فى القدرة الفعلية للحركةفإن صح القائد تبعه الكثير وسار على نهجهSee More
