I'm  Ms.Savitri Dias from Sri Lanka, an English Language lecturer from the University of Colombo. I will be visiting Cairo for an conference at the American University of Cairo in February 2011. Can you reccomend a place for me and another lecturer to stay, at a reasonable price. A scout or Guide centre or with a local family would be fine. Also could you find a tour guide to help us to arrange a Nile tour,  Mount Sinai at Petra , Alexandria ect.
