I have spent many years now trying to put together a Community Development program for everyone. Scouting has its own very fine precepts but one has to go by the established methods and I don't have time to do that any more. So what I do is very much influenced by Scouting. As you say "...once a Scout..."
What I am trying to set up will be of great interest to Scouts all over the globe, simply because the type of person who is a Scout is also that kind of person. If you go to my Site at kooxtun.ning.com then you will see a lot of what I am doing. There is a lot happening behind the scenes and if you join as a Friend then when it does happen you will be told. Certainly Scouts are slotted in. my plans to be leaders in our endeavours of the future. In La'kech
