Im a scarf / national neckerchief and woggles collecter.do you have woggles and scarf / national neckerchief to swap. I will change it with scarf,woggles or badges. I would like to exchange the national neckerchief your country with that of my country.

Soy Lobatera de la Asociación de Guías y Scouts de Costa Rica. Tengo 35 años ya de estar en el movimiento. He ocupado puestos de gran importancia a nivel nacional de mi asociación, como la Jefatura Guía Nacional. Soy cuarto madero en Programa.
