About Me:: Hi, I am Scout since I was 11 (as you can see, many moons ago) . Now I am 53 and I thinl I will died as a Scout. Scouting is a way of live, a living philosophy and I tried to live as a Scout 24/7. I am from the beatifull Puerto Rico (remember to use a magnifying glass to search) a small island on the Carribean

1992 Reconition by The House of Representative of the Puerto Rico Goverment

Give some words for peace all over the world: If every person can live with the Scout Promise guiding our lives, this world must be better.
