Bataga said…: gud pm sir. we had just concluded our 5 days rescue training for Estancia Rover Scouts last May 31, 2008. we had Sec.Gen. pangilinan as our honored guest. our trainors were from PDCC,NTC,PNRC, Bureau of Fire Protection and the Philippine Coast Guard Special Operation Group for our water rescue. we had 79 Rover scouts who completed the training.
