Hi. I'm planning a course for leaders of patrols from my group Pagoda and Watra Group in weekand. It will be from 21.09 to 23.09 2007 in Bieszczady Mountain (Wola Michowa Village) In first day we are going to have a fireplace. We will talk about peace on all World, I'm sure. Next days I will tell my people how to be good leader. They will be practice it. They will be write plans for scouts and guides work for all year, have many works and we will have fun.

I can Say that's So good to Speak about Peace, but as we are Scout we have to work for Peace and the Jamboree was an example for People do not believe in Peace. I would like to Hold My Position in serving Peace and to be a Peace Messenger forever, but in this Case I need help from all of you to be with me.

Approved by General Assembly resolution 39/11 of 12 November 1984

The General Assembly ,

Reaffirming that the principal aim of the United Nations is the maintenance of international peace and security,

Bearing in mind the fundamental principles of international law set forth in the Charter of the United Nations,

Expressing the will and the aspirations of all peoples to eradicate war from the life of mankind and, above all, to avert a world-wide nuclear catastrophe,

Convinced that life without war serves as the primary international prerequisite for the material well-being, development and progress of countries, and for the full implementation of the rights and fundamental human freedoms proclaimed by the United Nations,

Aware that in the nuclear age the establishment of a lasting peace on Earth represents the primary condition for the preservation of human civilization and the survival of mankind,

Recognizing that the maintenance of a peaceful life for peoples is the sacred duty of each State,

1. Solemnly proclaims that the peoples of our planet have a sacred right to peace;

2. Solemnly declares that the preservation of the right of peoples to peace and the promotion of its implementation constitute a fundamental obligation of each State;

3. Emphasizes that ensuring the exercise of the right of peoples to peace demands that the policies of States be directed towards the elimination of the threat of war, particularly nuclear war, the renunciation of the use of force in international relations and the settlement of international disputes by peaceful means on the basis of the Charter of the United Nations;

4. Appeals to all States and international organizations to do their utmost to assist in implementing the right of peoples to peace through the adoption of appropriate measures at both the national and the international level.

I can see a wonderful Words but Can any one told me Why the Israeli Amy reject to allow me to cross the Border and attend the World Scout Jamboree 2007??
there is no reason, But I would like to ask everyone to tell me why do the Israeli Army shell the Civilian Housing Blocks with the Heavy Bombs and Heavy arteliry ?? I can't find Reason why we donot live in Peace ,however I work for Peace and ask everyone to work for Peace .

Gamal we all know about that Approved by General Assembly resolution 39/11 of 12 November 1984
but we need to make so simple we r not government and we don't work in policy but we need to just send sign to the whole world to the whole government that we as scouts love peace and we practice peace and we as scouts and guides following our lovley theme One World One Promise may one of this network become peace maker one day thanks

I don't understand how people can be so cruel and fight all time, kill other people. It is terrible. I think, taht we, as a scouts and guides, we - who love peace - we can start to change this World. Maby at the begining it won't be big results . But i am sure, that if we start first to change our people in groups, if we start to help people, from areas of war and no only them, if we will do small things.... one day these things will become bigger and bigger. And maby, oneday, someone will tell to us: "Thank you". And on our face will be big smile, because we have done everything to propagate peace. It will be great, if everyone, in end of life, can say: i have done everything to propagate the peace. I wish it for every person in all World.

Sure, the branches of big tree of scouting will grow entire universe, and it will provide a good shade of peace to all..We can work for that. I am proud to be a part of this
