Hi i m javairia from Pakistan, this poetry is by Faiz ahmed faiz

TOUCH TONIGHT NO CHORD OF SORROW,
MISERY-LADEN DAYS HAVE ENDED,
WHO CAN TELL US OF TOMMOROW,
IT IS AND YESTERDAY'S DIM FRONTIER,
BLOTTED OUT AS WHO KNOWS WHETHER,
WE AND DAWN ARE CLOSE TOGETHER,
LIFE IS NOTHING BUT THIS NIGHT,
GODHOOD IS POSSIBLE THIS NIGHT,
TOUCH TONIGHT NO MOURNFULL STRINGS,
TELL NO TIDINGS OF AFFECTION,
DONT PINE AT WHAT FATE BRINGS,
CARE OF DAYS TO COME ALL BANISHED,
SHED NO TEARS FOR REASONS VANISHED,
ASK NO TALES OF HOURS OF WEEPING,
ALL LAMENTATIONS ARE FINISHED,
ASK NOMORE......
TOUCH NO MOURNFUL NOTES TONIGHT!
