Dear Brother, Constitution amendment is not the ultimate, but the operators of the Constitution. Are the Lagos people ready to accept the reality of Nigeria today. We must make our presence felt in Abuja, otherwise we shall continue to be playing the second fiddle.

My hope is that the new Chief Scout should pull the Lagos Court of Honour to Abuja.

I totally agree with Saka, we need to to pull our National Headquarters to Abuja and make scouting felt in this part of the country on a more serious note. A situation where it is as if Lagos is the only place where quality scouts could be found is not true. Practically there are Scouts who can do better if given the opportunity or let us organise a camp where we shall come together to test skills, this is a challenge if any one from there could deny, let us try ourselves out. But where we can not the idea is bringing the National Headquarters to a central place where training and other positions could be shared equally.
