Hello all members of the fund raising committee, we are currently working on a letter to send to philanthropic organisations and high net worth individuals to request sponsorship of S4P. We are also looking at bequeaths and other forms of revenue. I am currently communicating with sam, tom and tarek on a regular basis to draft the letter, if you would like to offer your input to the letter and actively be part of the more involved activity of the committee, please send me an email or message via this group, if someone has technical skills in designing artwork, computer graphics and banner ads please let me know if you are prepared to donate your skills to our committee work, regards, Andrew.

Below is the summary of current outstanding actions for our committee, Action 1 and 2 have been completed.
Actions....
3. Committee members review and make suggestions, amendments, additions, deletions as well as committee members to identify what role they individually are happy to undertake. Review committee membership and role designations based on expression of interest, experience, qualifications, capacity and available and suitable roles. ( By end of 3rd week in September)
4. Andrew review and prepare final Strategy for Tarek and S4P Management team (By end of 1st week in October).
5. Publish the Strategy on the S4P website and commence formal implementation of Strategy.
6. Review at the end of each month, for the first 12 months, the progress of individual members of the fundraising committee. After the first 12 months, conduct a review of roles, successes, limited success and inadequate success.

Hello to all. I have now read the Draft Strategic Plan and find it excellent and well thought out. My only comment and I "predict" nothing, but I would be very surpised if the World does not keep having an economic downturn. I also would be surprised if we did not keep having worse and worse natural disasters world wide. With this understanding we can hope to achieve the goals written in the draft, however it may have been easier 10 or even 5 years ago. I think we are in for some difficult economic and natural problems.
