NETWORK MEETING 2009
You have read about Dracula and the vampires. Now you have an opportunity to visit Transylvania, Romania to discover this mysterious land. Thats right, the 9th annual Network Meeting will be in Deva, Romania from 30 April to 03 May. Put the date in your diary now!

We are busy in the workshop laboratory mixing the ingredients to create the best Meeting yet. There will be something for everyone! We are planning a busy programme of workshops and outdoor activities all designed to help you discover Romanian culture and Scouting.

The theme this year will be "Platform for Contacts" and will focus on helping you find new contacts for international projects. So if your group is interested in having an international adventure then you will certainly have a golden opportunity to find partners to start creating your next adventure.

Workshop topics include:

Eurotransit for Dummies/Eurotransit Advanced, Preparing your group for an international experience, "Star 2010", Multiplicator - growing the Network membership, Marketplace for Contacts, Discoer Romanian culture & Scouting, KISC Eurotransit Work Party, Ecological issues, Decoupage, Networking

Outdoor activities include:

Bee Keeping, hiking, speleology, climbing, conservation, ecological work, traditional folk music evening and bbq with Romanian scouts
