I'm a Czech scout (albeit one studying in the UK) and our national scout association has recently started a new project aimed at developing a new programme - framework of activities for our Rover Scout members. I'd appreciate any kind of advice/reference to materials, books, or already implemented schemes abroad that might of be of some value for us.
