We called this "Aloo Gobi" in Indian Language hindi.
Aloo means potato and Gobi means cauliflower.

Dear All,
Please see an easy recipe from India,

Ingredients

2 cups cauliflower florets
2 big boiled potatoes
2-3 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves

Cook the cauliflower florets for 3-5 mins in boiling water.

Heat oil, add cumin seeds. When it splutters add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder. Immediately add the cauliflower florets and potato (chopped lengthwise). Mix well and cook for 2 mins. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
