To my fellow Scouts,

In this email, i have attached a copy of the Guidelines of the "Scouts of the World Award", a program of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, but unfortunately, this meaningful program was not yet adopted by the Boy Scouts of the Philippines. The reason why i have attached the guidelines is that i want you to scan and study this for all of us to discover the help that the Scout of the World Award can contribute to the betterment of our dear organization.

After reading the guidelines, i want to here your voices regarding the award. Please send your replies together with your answer:

"Yes! to "Scouts of the World Award" in the Philippines Campaign" if you will agree that this program must be adopted. Please also include your comment or suggestion.

If otherwise, please also state your reasons.

Please disseminate this email to all senior and rover scouts around the philippines

We need a meaningful reply.

Your immediate and meaningful response regarding this matter will be much appreciated

Yours in Scouting,

Sct. Kim Robert C. de Leon
