Bro, let this group be the conduit in which all Eagle Scouts out there from different councils to be known, as well as to organize themselves for the next E.S.A.P. assembly and rituals.

I disagree with the thought that we open this group to Eagle Scouts for other nationality. From the name itself of the organization will you be able to depict that this group is only intended for Eagle Scouts of the Philippines. If they received their rank here in the Philippines and migrated in other countries then they are qualified. If not then they should not be allowed to enter our group.
I clarify my self, this is not the issue of exclusivity but an issue of legal matters.
