Welcome to our new members
I would like to welcome all new members to our scouting4peace website,i hope you all will participate in blogs, forums ,pictures etc.
So i am asking our new members to reply to this post by putting something about themselves and their scout or guide group , also existing members can also add their thoughts, as the idea of this site is to make new scouting and guiding friends worldwide.There is also a page on Facebook that you can visit and put anything interesting on.Any ideas you think could improve the site please add them to this post.
so i will start:
I am Angela Jordan and apart from helping Leader Tarek and his team work on the website, my role in scouting is Assistant District Commissioner International Mid Wiltshire district ,uk.I also am a speaker for Traidcraft/Fairtrade and do activities with all youth groups.I have visited Egypt and met and made many scouting friends , also in Oman as well.I have been married for 34 years and have 3 grown up children and 1 grandchild.
