• I am highly honored to accept the Nomination of Saudi Arabia Scout Association and the Arab Region as a Candidate for ISGF World Committee and would like to take this Opportunity to explain to you how I believe I can Make a positive contribution to ISGF at The World level.

This Letter is intended as an introduction for my Candidacy and hopefully to secure your National Organization Vote at the forthcoming ISGF World Conference in Como – Italy.

Family Life

Married and Father of Five Children – Two Girls and Three Boys – the Girls one of them is PHD in Business Administration she is teaching in King Abdul - Aziz University in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. The other one is Master degree in Management and she is working as Branch Manager in the Saudi National Bank. The Boys one of them is BHD Medical degree Working as a Medical Doctor in the Hospital of Saudi ministry of Interior. The other one is Master Degree in Chemical Engineering working with the Saudi Oil Company (ARAMCO). The third Boy is Master Degree in Computer Engineering working in the Saudi – American Company of Communication. In the same time I am Grand Father of seven Children all of them are in deferent level of the Schools and two of them are in American School

1-        Executive Board Member of the Saudi National Scout of Fellowship from 2004 up to now.

2-        Member of International Public Relation Committee of Saudi Boy Scout Association from 2006 up to now.

3-        Responsible for starting the FIRST Community Based Scouting TEAM in Saudi Arabia in Saudi Arabia ALAHLY Club in Jeddah. 1970 (After that All Sport Clubs in Saudi Arabia Established Community based Scouting Teams).

4-        Organizer and manager of the First Rovers National Jamboree in Saudi Arabia in King Abdul-Aziz University – Jeddah For all Rovers of Saudi Arabia Universities. In the Year 1975.

5-        Organizer and Manager of Following Three Scouts Dialogue Symposium in Saudi Arabia:

1. First one in Makah 13 – 16 December 2004.
2. Second one in Riyadh 04 – 09 March 2006.

Third one in Jeddah 15 – 20 April 2008.

1-   Organizer and Manager of following Three Rovers International Solidarity and Peace 6.       Gathering in Saudi Arabia for 300 Participants From 50 Countries:

1. First one 08 – 20 April 2005.

12-      Organizer and manager of the following Three International Peace Jamborees in Europe and Asia:

1. First one was in Konya Turkey 18 – 25 August 2004 for 500 Participants
2. Second one was in Sweden 06 – 12 August 2006 For 550 Participants.
3. Third one was in Malacca Malaysia 15 – 22 August 2008 for 600 Participants.

13-      Chairman of 3rd World Scout Interreligious Symposium in Uganda. 2009.

14-      As a member of World Scout Interreligious Forum participated in the preparation of The following Two World Scout Interreligious Symposiums:

1. First one in Valencia – Spain 2003.

My Objective

My Objective of nomination is to build an excellent career in the ISGF if the Conference gives me the opportunity to contribute with other members improving ISGF Movement in a challenging work environment.

My Mission

Let us as ISGF Members work together strongly with WOSM to make Peace sprite in all over the World because in deed we are in need of Peace these Days. And let us make scouting play main role to make our Children enjoy their life and grantee happy and healthy atmosphere for them

My Vision

My Vision is:

1-      To see ISGF sprite in all over the World in General and my Area Gulf – Arab Region in Particular and I promise to work very hard to Achieve this Goal.

2-      See the Peace cover each and every part of the World and I promise to work very hard with all Concern to achieve this valuable and very Important Target.

Make all Members of ISGF help their Children The active Scout in the field in their Programmes With long Experiences they have in scouting and Expert.

My Goals

1-   To make ISGF Movement useful for WOSM.

2-   Set – up Expert Committee from the ISGF Members to help WOSOM as we have Medical Doctors – Engineers and too many Qualified ISGF Members who can help.

3-   Make ISGF Movement Useful Movement and Famous same as Scout Movement.

My Plan and Programme

To achieve my Goals and make my Mission and Vision became practical not just Words. Following is my Future Plan and Programme:

1-   Call for special meeting to set –up Professional Committee from ISGF Unique and outstanding Expert Members.

2-   Set – up Consultations  Committee from the Expert in Scouting ISGF Members and those who Have good Experiences in Scouts Planning and Programmes to help concern Department in WOSM for making Valuable and Expert Educational practical Scout Programmes for our Children the active Scouts.

Set – up Peace Committee to make active and Workable Scout Events for WOSM and Meeting Or Workshop for ISGF.
